A/N: This fic may not make sense, but I just was in a angst mood.

EunHyuk POV

There were no screams at first. Just heavy breathing as DongHae stood in front of me with his face buried in the crook of my neck. We stood together, close, and I could feel his heart beat against my chest. My heart was beating fast, but his was beating even faster. He was more afraid than me.

“It will be alright,” I lied to DongHae, stroking his cold back, trying to comfort him.

“We won't,” he replied. My heart sank in my chest. I knew it too, but he saying it out loud was like getting hit in the face. What was even worse was the tone in his voice as he said it. He had given up.

DongHae pulled his face away from my neck and we looked at each other. The almost full moon reflected in his eyes, and I could see the fear as well.

“EunHyuk...” he whispered hoarsely. He didn't say anything else, but I knew that with my name he meant so much more. I just nodded. A tiny, sad smile swept across his face.

Then there was a loud noise. A bullet left a gun and hit it's goal. Then the screams came. Two screams. DongHae and I screamed together.

I didn't see anything. My eyes were closed and DongHae's face blinked behind my eyelids. Where the all the sound go? I waited for the pain to come, but it didn't. “I'm dead,” I thought. There is no pain; I must be in heaven.

I opened my eyes, expecting a white light to shine everywhere around me, but there was no light. This isn't heaven. Heaven isn't dark and cold as this. Maybe this is hell?

I could feel something wet on my hands and I looked at them. Blood. But it wasn't my blood.

DongHae. My knuckles had turned white as I still held him tight. He lied in my arms. He wasn't moving. I sank down along the wall and sat down with DongHae on my lap. “DongHae!” I cried his name and pulled him towards me. I held around him. I couldn't feel his heart beating anymore.

This was hell. This was hell on earth.
